If Your Password Doesn’t Work
If the website doesn’t recognize your login information, you might need to request a new password. Just hover your mouse over the LOGIN menu at the top of the web page and you will see drop down selections. Click on the Password Reset link. This will take you to a page asking you to input your email address.
Once you have input your email address, the system will send you a message containing your correct username and a new password. You can then use the username and the new password to log in to the site. Please record your username and password somewhere safe where you keep your other log in information.
If you don’t like the new password you received, you can go to the LOGIN menu (after you have logged in) and select the Edit Profile link to change the password to whatever you like. There are instructions on how to change your password under the Help menu.
NOTE: You can’t change your username or email address–those are permanent identifiers. If you want to use a different email address, please send a request with your name and new email address to email@example.com.
